Nuclear facilities in Germany are planned, constructed, modified, or decommissioned on the basis of applicable laws and regulations. In addition to the "Act on the Peaceful Utilization of Atomic Energy and Protection against its Hazards" (known as the Atomic Energy Act), construction law must always be taken into account in these measures.. Corresponding applications must be submitted in both authorisation procedures. WTI advises the applicants, designs a comprehensive application strategy, prepares the necessary application documents, and supports the applicants duringthe authorisation procedures.
